For Croatia, most orders are shipped within 2 working days via BoxNow as a package with tracking. From the time the shipment is handed, you should recieve your package within 2-3 working days. For EU, most orders are also shipped within 2 working days, but using Croatian Post service as a package with tracking. From the time the shipment is handed, you should recieve your package within 7 to 14 working days.

You can return all ordered products to us, and we will refund your money to your bank account. When returning, it is crucial that the pieces show no signs of use. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Vintage sizes (e.g., 1970s size 12 or EU 40) don't match modern sizing, so actual measurements are crucial for fit. That’s why, for each item, the measurements of length, width, sleeve length and size are written. The width is measured under the bust and represents half the circumference. Please make sure the measurements fit you before ordering. This will avoid unnecessary returns and complications.

• Air Dry: Lay delicate items flat on a towel to dry; hang lighter items carefully.

• Steam, Don't Iron: Use a steamer with distilled water for wrinkles; if ironing, use a protective cloth and iron inside out. 

Storage

• Cool & Dry: Keep in a cool, dark, dry place away from direct sunlight, which fades colors.

• Breathable: Use canvas garment bags, not plastic.

• Support Shapes: Use padded hangers for shoulders; fold heavy items with acid-free tissue to prevent creases and maintain shape.

• Avoid Basements/Attics: These areas have fluctuating temperatures and humidity.

• Check Regularly: Inspect stored items twice yearly for pests or mildew.
